By accessing or using Factoz (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Factoz provides tools for financial data aggregation, content automation, AI-generated captions and images, portfolio risk analysis, and social media publishing for finance creators and trading desks. The Platform aggregates data from third-party sources including Yahoo Finance, FRED (Federal Reserve), SEC EDGAR, Polymarket, and others.
All data, analysis, signals, and content generated by the Platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Specifically:
Factoz and its underlying software, design, and brand are owned by Factoz. You retain ownership of content you create using the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Factoz a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs to deliver the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Factoz and its operators shall not be liable for:
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service: your email address, account credentials, and usage logs. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used solely to provide and improve the Platform. By using the Platform you consent to this collection.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processors (Whop, NOWPayments). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Platform, without prior notice or liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.
