Refund Policy

Factoz is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Because access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment and the service is delivered digitally, all subscription payments are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once a subscription payment is processed and platform access is granted, no refund will be issued for the current billing period. This applies to all plans (Creator and Pro) regardless of usage level during that period.

We encourage you to take full advantage of any free trial period before subscribing to evaluate whether Factoz meets your needs.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider (Whop or NowPayments). Upon cancellation:

Refunds may be considered exclusively in the following circumstances:

5. PROCESSING TIME

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Crypto refunds (NowPayments) are returned in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of refund processing; Factoz is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.
